Linens
Prior to each stay linens and soft furnishings professionally cleaned offsite with a laundry service. Assuring everything is laundered at high temperature with professional cleaning products and stored properly until use.
Professional Staff
The cottage is maintained by a private cleaning team using Cristal International Standards following CDC and WHO guidelines for PPE to protect themselves and prevent the spread of infection.
Cleaning
Following POSI Prevention of the Spread of Infection Principles for Vacation Rentals: Cleaning, Disinfecting, Sanitizing with emphasis on cleaning high contact surfaces. Our normal cleaning procedures are defined and followed in accordance with best practices using anti viral solutions.
Health and Safety
We’ve added additional protocols to ensure the well being of our guests while maintaining outstanding hospitality. The cottage is accessed via a contactless check in with detailed information prior to arrival. Our hospitality team is available to assist with any needs during a stay. Guests are encouraged to wear masks when going off property and to follow CDC guidelines when visiting shared spaces in public areas. We recommend visiting the Florida.Gov site for additional travel information for guests coming from out of the state.
